We do not have delivery service to Hlaing Thar Yar, Thanlyin townships. (Hlaing Thar Yar, Thanlyin Townships can come pick up at shop)

For orders to Shwe Pyi Thar, Mingalardon, Shwe Pauk Kan, Aung Mingalar, Bayint Naung Car Gate, minimum amount is 100,000/-

Customers can pay Cash on Delivery and by banks such as KBZ, AYA, CB,Special Cash Account, Kpay etc.

Bank payments can only be made when our staff send you invoice from facebook page messenger or viber after phone call confirm stage only.
Customers do not need to call us.
Websites orders are only confirmed when our sale support staff call to check your orders. (Sundays are to be excluded for both order confirm day and delivery day)
For Yangon Region,
Orders will be delivered within 1 day after sale call confirmed by staff.
For Other Regions,
Orders will be delivered to car gates within 2 days after cash is transferred by bank.
Customers can add or reduce order items when website sale support staff call to confirm order

Since orders are sent to preparation team batch by batch, if you have made first order from website and second order is made before daily order cut off time at 4pm, we can deliver both orders together.
But if second order is made after 4pm, it will be delivered 1 day later than your first order.
